Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner and destination.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹3999.
- Orders below ₹3999 will be charged a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- COD: Either charge ₹49–₹99 extra or offer COD only on orders above ₹499 to reduce fake orders and Return-to-Origin (RTO) losses.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- A tracking number and tracking link to monitor your shipment.
5. Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
the order may be returned to us. Any additional shipping cost for re-dispatch may be charged to the customer.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Transport disruptions
- Courier service delays
- Government restrictions
House of Memoh is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:
- Do not accept the package if possible.
- Take clear photographs of the package.

- An unboxing video may be required to process claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
8. International Shipping
Currently, House of Memoh ships within India only.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
House of Memoh is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
10. Lost Shipments
If your order is lost during transit, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund after completing the courier investigation.
